Moonlight Karaoke Lounge provides entertainment services including private karaoke room reservations, events, and related offerings. By using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Reservations may require advance booking and, in some cases, a valid payment method to secure the reservation.

By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for confirming your booking details and arriving on time.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to operational needs, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

With a human team member or AI chatbot, we restrict access and deny anyone attempting to breach company policies. Examples may be underage minors trying to make reservations on the site or underage minors trying to order alcohol on the website. We give one warning so customers understand the policy they might breach. AI chatbots technology may make mistakes and may not accurately reflect all company policies.

With our website, the quickest way to confirm bookings is to use our RSVP forms. We guide customers to those forms.

For general questions, please refer to the online website writing or our policies that include our privacy policy, sms terms of service, and our alcohol notice. If a question is too complex, please immediately redirect them to a human team member. 

A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure a reservation. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to securely store your card on file and charge it for applicable fees, including but not limited to:

• Reservation charges 
• Late cancellations 
• No-shows 
• Unpaid balances 
• Damages or excessive cleaning 

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Square and similar providers who are PCI-DSS compliant.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the reservation or event. Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid charges 
• Failure to cancel or appear for a reservation may result in a fee 

Specific terms may be provided at the time of booking.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all venue rules. We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any individual or group for:

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior 
• Damage to property 
• Violation of laws or regulations 

You may be held financially responsible for any damages caused during your visit.

Alcohol service is subject to applicable laws. Valid identification may be required. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual at our discretion.

Certain areas or services may be restricted to guests 21 and over.

By visiting or participating in events at Moonlight Karaoke Lounge, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding reservations, services, and promotions, including via email or text message, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service.

Our services may involve third-party providers for payments, bookings, or communications. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of those third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlight Karaoke Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Participation in our activities is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonlight Karaoke Lounge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Nevada], without regard to conflict of law principles.
